NEUROBICS & MEDITATION
A short workshop that helps us to learn about how our brains work! Do you do things routinely? Sometimes without even knowing it? Its about shaking mental routines and giving our brains a workout, by using sensory engaging exercises that can stimulate our sleepy neurons and keep them healthy and fit. This workshop builds cognitive reserve and helps grow new dendrites (these are branches of nerve cells that form the basis of memory). Learning these simple exercises will affect the neuron pathways that store and retrieve information. If you do less than an hour a day for a week or two there will be a significant increase in your brains’ neural networks, and you can do these exercises anywhere and anytime. .
2 HOUR WORKSHOP:
This workshop can be run from any CENTRE or your OWN HOME. Its a great workshop that helps with retaining memory in the most easiest way even though it might be slightly challenging. The Neurobics workshop is a 2 hour session for $50 per person. If you decide to run it and get atleast 6 people paying then you can do the workshop for free. Each participant will be given a digital download to use, for meditation but also visualisation to help with the 'cellular' connection to memory and their neurons.
